Make sure to send the item using Pakistan Post or a reliable courier service, ensuring it is securely packed.

Please note:

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only cover the product’s original price and will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
What is the shipment method for return or exchange?

Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you on how to send the item back.

You’ll need to courier the product to our return address using any reliable service (like TCS, Leopard, etc.).
Please note: We do not offer pickup service—you’ll have to drop it off yourself.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it to check if it qualifies for a refund or exchange.

The final decision depends on the condition of the product and our internal assessment.
If eligible, the item will either be refunded or exchanged—whichever applies.

When will I be refunded?

As soon as we approve your return, your refund process will begin. Normally, it takes up to 7 working days to transfer the amount to your selected payment method.

When will I receive my exchanged item?

Once your exchange is approved and shipped, you’ll receive your new item within 3 to 5 working days, just like a normal delivery.
